Creative + media, planned together
Legit writes and produces your TV, streaming, radio and social creative, then plans and buys the airtime it runs on. One team and one plan, measured against the calls, booked jobs and revenue in your CRM.
Under one roof
Most brands hire one shop to make the ad and another to buy the time. The handoff is where budgets leak. At Legit, the people who write the spot sit down with the people who buy the time, and both answer to the same revenue report.

The rundown
We plan media the way a broadcast runs, line by line. Each channel gets a format, a length and a role, and each one reports back against revenue. Here is how a regional home services plan might line up.
| Pg | Channel | Frame | Format | Length | Role in the plan | Reports on |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A1 | TV / Cable | 16:9 | Broadcast and cable spots | :30 · :15 | Puts the name in every living room in the market and gets the phones ringing. | Calls · branded search · booked jobs |
| A2 | OTT | 16:9 | Ad-supported streaming apps | :15 · :30 | Reaches the households that cut the cord. | Completed views · site visits |
| A3 | Connected TV | 16:9 | Streaming on the living-room TV | :30 · :15 | The same spot on the big screen, bought by audience and zip code. | Reach · frequency · visits |
| B1 | Radio | Audio | Produced spot or live read | :60 · :30 | Drive-time frequency in a voice the market already trusts. | Calls by tracking line |
| B2 | Outdoor | 14×48 ft | Bulletins and digital boards | 7 words max | Keeps the brand on the roads customers drive every day. | Market lift · branded search |
| C1 | Social | 9:16 | Vertical cut of the spot | :06 · :15 | Re-cuts the spot for the scroll and follows up with people who saw it. | Leads · cost per lead |
| C2 | Paid search | Text | Search and Local Services Ads | Always on | Catches the demand the spots create. | Calls · booked jobs · revenue |
The reel
A campaign starts as one idea and ships as a dozen files. The :30 and the :15, the vertical cut, the radio read, the banner set. Our creative team makes all of them, so the message holds from the living room to the phone.

Creative directors
Our two Creative Directors lead strategic messaging, award-winning video content and rebrands. They build a campaign once and cut it for every place it airs, so the TV spot, the radio read and the phone screen all sound like the same brand.
What leaves their desk
Sarah Fisher started her first agency, Small Business Marketing, to protect businesses from being taken advantage of. She wanted owners to get the most from every dollar and to run strategies that actually grow the business. Legit Marketing Group grew out of that work, and the ethic came along with it.

Signal flow
Every engagement runs the same four steps. Every department sits on that path, so nothing gets lost between the people who plan it, make it, buy it and measure it.
Step 1
Consulting
A full look at the current state of the business: markets, numbers, vendors, CRM and operations. We find the root cause before we spend a dollar.
Step 2
Consulting
Consultative recommendations and a go-forward execution plan. The message, the channel mix, the markets, and how we will measure each one.
Step 3
CreativeMedia buyingDigital
We write and produce the creative, cut it for every screen, and place the buys across TV, streaming, radio, outdoor, search and social.
Step 4
AnalyticsConsulting
Calls, booked jobs, revenue and new customers by brand and channel, year over year. Every vendor answers to the same report, us included.
The step 4 report feeds the next discovery. Then we run it again, smarter.

Post-air report
When a flight wraps, you see what it did. Calls, booked jobs, revenue and new customers, by brand and by channel, compared year over year with significance testing. It is the same report we use to hold every vendor accountable.

Who we make it for
Our deepest bench is HVAC, plumbing and electrical, from single-market shops to multi-brand platforms running dozens of brands. The same discipline carries into four more industries.
Demand swings with the weather, so the plan has to move with it. We build flights around the season and track every one of them to the job it booked.
Showroom and service-lane traffic, planned market by market.
Trust-first creative and a steady local presence.
Video and social that put people in seats.
Seasonal pushes planned around foot traffic and sales.
Coverage
The team works out of Lexington for clients across the country. Every market gets its own plan, because two towns an hour apart can still need different buys.
